My family loves coming here. The staff is nice and the place is clean. We come here so much that we have a regular waitress that when she see use our drinks are already at our table by time we are seated. Love it!!

I was greeted by the hostess and seated quickly. The staff was very attentive, checking if I needed anything several times. The food was great, and the restaurant itself was very clean and well maintained.

I had a steak omelet & a side french toast for dinner. Everything was delicious. I ended up taking half of it home for dinner the next day & it was still yummy. Also the service was good.

Great customer service, my waiter was Mercedes and she was absolutely by far the best waitress I ever had at IHOP in edgewater! My food came straight out like they already knew what I had wanted, and my food looked just like the pictures in the menu. I had the chicken fajita omelette and churro pancakes which were soooo good!! I definitely recommend the next person to go to this location anyday!!

We were greeted promptly. We had a big group and were accommodated easily. Our waitress (Dolores) was very nice and was very attentive with our group of 12. The food didn’t take long to cook and we were served fast. It was not crowded or busy even though it was a Friday night. Very happy with the food and service.

This IHOP is consistent. The food is good. The service is quick. The wait staff is pleasant. Today we had Connie as our waitress and she was amazing. She was patient, efficient, and anticipated our needs. Stop by and see Connie!

I visit this place a lot since I work nearby. I like how the service is always great and they keep the spot well organized constantly. Pricing is affordable and they serve large portions.

Ordered delivery, the funny face pancakes were delivered with holes poked in the pancakes, not the way they are pictured in the menu at all. Ordered pancakes and got crepes. Probably not doing delivery again.

The food is always good, I've tried a few different options and it's always been satisfying. The turn around is fast too, even when it looks like there's a large crowd in front of you the wait time is pretty reasonable. Servers have always been friendly or at least not rude, all in all everyone is working hard in there to make customers happy.BUT there is some kind of high pitch whine coming from somewhere in the building that is persistent and audible from every point in the building. It is maddening once you notice it and hard to ignore. I sorely wish the management would take care of it, or maybe it's there on purpose and that's why people get in and out so quick.

This is the best IHOP I've been to, by far. The staff was very friendly, our food arrived very quickly and it tastes great. This location definitely won me over. So of course I'll go back soon and will recommend to others!

One of the few IHOP's, in the area that still consistently carries Boysenberry syrup. Will always give top props! Service was excellent. It looked busy but we were seated within minutes, on a busy Sunday. This is definitely one of the preferred IHOPS, for me. Tried the Addams family-themed hot chocolate... WAY too sweet! Pumpkin pancakes were awesome. Eggs cooked as i asked, over medium (BONUS). Food was great, as always.

Definitely for sweet lovers. Open almost 24 hours for all meals throughout the day. Love the pancakes and French toast there. A very good option for a late night dinner

Went to IHOP Edgewater MD today. GREAT service & DELISH food. Enjoyed the Aadams Family promo - Wednesdays pancakes. As delicious as the photos look too .Recommended.

The place offers a nice range of delicious food. I enjoyed dining here. Staff members are always very welcoming, rates are affordable and the place is always well organised.

Waited at the podium to get seated for awhile. A woman coming back from her break helped us. Girl in training was awful. Walked away while we asked for things. Which seems to be very common no matter who you get. Only saw the girl training her twice and once was bringing the check. The trainee sprawled across the booth seating near the podium to be sat on her phone. Felt like they didnt care too much to do anything but socialize and try to get each other to do the work that had to be done. Only reason they got 3 stars is the food was good and the lady coming in from her break. If it wasn't for that it would be 1 star.

Terrible, food under prepared. I ordered turkey and stuffing and can't tell you what it was they brought out to me.! Literally all, and I mean all the silverware on our table had food still on them. I gave 5 sets back and received 5 more, still with food on them. We had to eat with h plastic ware! Bright spot, our waiter was awesome.

Went on Christmas day. The staff were all very friendly and even though it was busy, the food came out quickly, nice and hot.

HORRIBLE! The delivery was quick and simple but the food was awful. I ordered fries for over 5 dollars... they came cold and gross like they had been reheated in the microwave. Also it came with about 15 to 20 fries.... for 5 bucks?! Ridiculous. 5 Guys puts them to shame! So disappointed.

It's ihop. If you've been to one, you've been to them all. If you havent, I would describe it as Americana in the form of breakfast. Their crazily topped pancakes are definitely worth checking out, but their variations make it hard to chose from. It is difficult to chose from such a large menu, but there's plenty of options so you'll find something you will like
